The rise of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 severely triggered mental health conditions. Young people especially between 16 and 35, suffered anxiety, loneliness, boredom, lack of opportunity and loss of purpose. Reactivating goals, knowledge, positivity and engaging in an interactive routine which can become natural over time, can help someone retrieve their values. Creating a multi-use biophilic workspace hub, featuring breakfast talks, careers advice, life coaching and general workspace, will not only give young people a place to work, reimagine their values and encourage an uplift in social interaction, but will also determine impactful motivation and positivity. This design prioritises the Sheffield city councils needs as it will attract a number of users, helping to grow a sustainable economy.
