CINEMATIC EXPERIENCE

CLIENT: YOUTH HOSTEL ASSOCIATION

 

The Mowbray, situated in the centre of Kelham island, is currently effective as a Sheffield urban event space. The brief outlined how this building needed to be refurbished and upcycled in a way which would entail a meaningful experience and support the Youth Hostel Associations brand message which specialised connecting people to each other, nature, the outdoors, culture and heritage. In my project I have reinforced connection through the interest of films by installing a cinematic experience for the insta savvy users to enjoy whilst staying in overnight accommodation.
